The Program Director is will be responsible for a mix of operational and clinical duties. Responsible for ensuring an atmosphere of effective, high quality customer service, and promoting a dignified and professional treatment environment for clients and staff.

Program Director Salary- $80,000 - $100,000

PROGRAM DIRECTOR DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  

• Responsible for the leadership and administration of all facility operations. 
• Provide clinical services including group and individual counseling and collaborating with clinical team.
• Work closely with ownership and executive leadership to promote the success of the facility.
• Establishes and executes a strategic plan to promote program growth and respond to changes in marketplace.
• Assisting in the development of written job descriptions for all staff, reviewing of credentials, participating in hiring of staff, and delineation and assignment of staff duties. 
• Ensure policies and procedures are current with all regulatory requirements. Maintain exemplary performance with respect to contract specifications, and licensing and accreditation standards.
• Leads and participates in performance improvement initiatives.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS  

• Master’s degree in either social work, counseling, or other human services field.
• Licensure strongly preferred (LADC, LCSW or LCPC)
• Three years of management and/or supervisory experience in a mental health treatment environment preferred.
• Strong leadership background with demonstrated results managing organizations.
• Strong experience with for-profit mental health or substance use treatment facilities including those primarily funded by commercial insurance products and/or cash pay preferred.
• Experience in start-up environments is preferred.

• Experience working with state licensing requirements and accreditation standards preferred.
