The Medical Director is part of the medical team and assures the highest quality of patient care to an ethnically diverse patient population.

Medical Director Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative oversight of the facility’s medical services and serve as a local liaison for other medical services in the area.
• Ensuring that medical services are coordinated and integrated with other client care services to ensure continuity of care for each client.
• Providing supervision, consultation, and peer review of the facility’s physicians or nurse practitioners (as needed)

Medical Director Qualifications:

• Unrestricted MD or DO in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine in the state of Nevada.
• Holds currents admitting privileges to a hospital in the Las Vegas area - this is required.
• 3+ years of experience in mental health and/ or substance use preferred.
